Capital Square Realty Advisors Welcomes New Strategic Advisor of Finance and Expands Financial Team

Capital Square Realty Advisors, LLC, sponsor of Delaware Statutory Trusts, announced that Adam Levinson has joined its finance team as Strategic Advisor of Finance.
Mr. Levinson is a 15year industry veteran and boasts a track record of having participated in the capitalization of over $6 billion of investment real estate. In his new role, Mr. Levinson will be responsible for underwriting debt for the company’s 1031 Exchange Programs in addition to assisting with other financial components.
As senior managing director of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Real Estate Finance Group, Mr. Levinson was responsible for identifying capital on behalf of his clients, accessing capital markets, and seeking all types of debts that addressed the needs of his clients. He is a member of the Real Estate Investment Association and the Chicago Real Estate Council and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
