Acquisition and Development Associate

Victoria Coates is an acquisition and development associate at Capital Square. Prior to joining Capital Square, Coates was on the development team at JBG Smith, where she oversaw the development of several multifamily and retail projects in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Prior to JBG Smith, she worked at Capital One as a financial analyst.

Coates earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University. She is an active member of Young Real Estate Professionals of Washington, D.C. and the Arlington Leadership Center for Excellence.
