Roost moves further into the American south

Developer Capital Square and real estate manager Method Co are driving the $61 million project forward, with the latter operating the property’s rooftop lounge, drawing on its experience in food and beverage operations to create a space that serves both as an amenity to guests and locals.

The property will be the city’s first high-design, extended-stay hotel concept. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, the aparthotel will feature 52,700 sq ft of space comprising a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment hotel units, a rooftop lounge, and 27,700 sq ft of rentable space.
