Capital Square Tees Up Augusta Submarket Multifamily for $27M DST Offering

Glen Allen, VA-based Capital Square has acquired Lakeside on Riverwatch Apartments, a 200-unit garden-style multifamily community in the Augusta submarket of Martinez, GA. The community was acquired on behalf of CS1031 Lakeside on Riverwatch Apartments, DST, which seeks to raise $26.8 million in equity.
