Angela Inge

Angela Inge is the chief accounting officer at Capital Square. She is primarily responsible for the oversight of the company’s accounting function with specific focuses on real estate investment trusts (REITs), Delaware statutory trusts (DSTs), development and private equity.

With over 15 years of experience in the accounting field, Inge has an advanced knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and SEC reporting, as well as technical accounting issues, such as business combinations/asset acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, consolidation, leases and revenue recognition. Prior to joining Capital Square, Inge was at Ernst & Young in the assurance practice, serving a variety of both public and private clients in numerous industries, including real estate, consumer products and healthcare.

Inge earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from the College of William and Mary. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
