The property was completed in 2016 and features one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Community amenities include a saltwater swimming pool with sundeck, resident clubhouse with catering kitchen, modern fitness center and yoga studio, bocce ball court, dog park, business center, outdoor grilling and entertainment areas with firepit, bike storage and package lockers.
Chesterfield County is the largest locality in the Richmond MSA and registered the largest nominal population increase of any of Virginia’s 133 jurisdictions from 2020 to 2025, adding 36,753 residents to reach a total population of 401,301.
