Nick Headley

Senior Regional Vice President, Central Sales

Nick Headley is senior regional vice president, responsible for sales in Capital Square’s central territory. He offers sales and marketing support for broker-dealers, registered representatives and registered investment advisors (RIAs) in the central territory.

Headley has nearly 10 years of experience raising capital for various investment strategies including real estate, private equity, and private credit through the broker-dealer and registered investment advisor channels.

He was previously vice president of capital markets at Triton Pacific, where he led the firm in total capital raise and new production during his three-year tenure. Prior to Triton Pacific, he was vice president at Ascendant Capital, a boutique alternative investment firm offering private equity investments. Headley began his career at Walton International, an institutional real estate firm focused on raw land acquisition and development.

Headley holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
