Angela Inge

Angela Inge is the chief accounting officer at Capital Square. She is primarily responsible for the oversight of the company’s accounting function with specific focuses on Capital Square’s real estate investment trust (REIT), Delaware statutory trusts (DSTs) and development initiatives.
With over 15 years of experience in the accounting field, Inge has an advanced knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and SEC reporting, as well as technical accounting issues, such as business combinations/asset acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, consolidation, leases and revenue recognition. Prior to joining Capital Square, Inge served in Ernst & Young’s assurance practice, working with a variety of both public and private clients in numerous industries, including real estate, consumer products and healthcare.
Inge earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from the College of William and Mary. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the recipient of the 2024 Titan Business Awards’ “Female Executive of the Year.” Inge additionally serves on the Mason Accounting Program Board at the College of William & Mary and as a finance committee member for the Richmond Animal League (RAL), an organization committed to saving lives by giving hope, help and loving homes to animals in need.
