Melodie Bobko

Melodie Bobko serves as Capital Square’s executive vice president of transactions. In this role, she is responsible for every facet of closings for the firm’s commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, construction, REIT and private equity transactions.

Bobko has more than 35 years of experience in all areas of commercial real estate and commercial real estate investment, having served many of those years as a senior commercial real estate paralegal with top law firms located in the Norfolk and Richmond, Virginia areas. Previously, she has also worked in commercial title underwriting, private and municipal property development and management, and as a development and RFP coordinator for a Richmond-based arbitrage rebate company.

Bobko earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia.
