Seth Harris

Seth Harris is executive vice president of portfolio management for Capital Square and its affiliates, where he focuses on asset management of the firm’s $6 billion+ portfolio of over 175 real estate assets, DST-to-UPREIT transactions and Capital Square Housing Trust.

Harris has more than two decades of experience in multifamily acquisitions and financing. He has previously worked at Landmark Apartment Trust, where he spent 11 years, ultimately as vice president of financial services. During his tenure, Harris completed approximately $1.3 billion in multifamily refinance and disposition transactions, purchased 56 multifamily properties with an aggregate value of $1.3 billion and closed $900 million in multifamily financing from agencies, banks, insurance companies and CMBS lenders. Over the course of his career, he has developed valuable relationships with a number of key players in the industry.

Harris earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in real estate with a concentration in finance and investment from New York University.
