Capital Square is rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has been BBB accredited since 2014. What does this mean? It means our drive for across-the-board excellence is not just an idea. At a recent registered investment advisor (RIA) seminar, an attendee took a moment during the Q&A session to share with everyone present, “If you haven’t worked with Capital Square, know they’re a first-class organization.” Others chimed in, sharing their positive experiences when working with our team over the years.

- Licensing and government actions known to BBB
- Advertising issues known to BBB
Points are earned or lost due to complaint volume (weighted by complaint age), as well as unanswered or unresolved complaints, delay of complaint resolution, competency licensing, as well as multiple other factors. However, an A+ rating means that a business has a score of 97 to 100. There’s little room for anything but the best with a score like this.
