Asheville is expected to have limited future supply due to certain affordable housing and other requirements by local government.1 Only five projects totaling approximately 1,200 units are forecasted to be delivered within the next two years, and rental demand is expected to quickly absorb that new supply.2 Additionally, the rapidly growing population is expected to drive rent growth.

High-end finishes include granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, 9-foot ceilings, walk-in closets and a balcony or patio in spacious units averaging 957 square feet. The highly amenitized property offers sweeping mountain views with convenient access to numerous outdoor activities. The property also benefits from direct access to Interstate 26, providing a 15-minute drive to downtown Asheville.
