Longoven owners plotting yet another restaurant in Scott’s Addition

Andrew Manning, Megan Fitzroy Phelan and Patrick Phelan, who opened Longoven in 2018 at 2939 W. Clay St., have signed a lease to open a new restaurant around the corner at 3001 W. Leigh St.

The new Leigh Street restaurant will fill 1,900 square feet on the ground floor of Capital Square’s “Gem” apartment building at the corner of Altamont Avenue. The building was part of Capital Square’s 212-unit, three-part “Scott’s Collection” development that also brought new buildings to 2900 and 3000 W. Clay St.
