CS1031 Texas Active Living Portfolio II, DST, is a 64-unit portfolio consisting of two boutique active-adult (55+) cottage communities located in Kerrville and Round Rock, Texas.

Across both communities, homes are designed with the active adult demographic in mind. Single-story floor plans are ADA-accessible with thoughtful features including step-free entries, wide doorways and zero-threshold showers. Interior finishes include open floor plans with upgraded flooring, granite countertops, custom cabinets with tile backsplashes, stainless steel energy-efficient appliances, large walk-in closets and additional storage.

As of June 2026, both properties were 100% occupied and each supported by waitlists of more than 10 prospective residents each supported by a $1,000 deposit.
