Scott’s Collection

Three projects are known collectively as “Scott’s Collection,” each a five-story, Class A boutique multifamily building with ground floor retail, totaling 209 units. Situated within a block of each other at the intersection of Altamont and West Clay Streets, each building is home to a unique amenity offering, which is available to residents of all three buildings.

The first two Scott’s Collection projects, “INK” and “VIV,” delivered in 2022 and were quickly fully leased, achieving the highest rental rate on a per square foot basis in all of Richmond. The third building, “GEM,” followed soon-after in 2023 with similar success.

Designed to look and feel like a historic Richmond factory, each apartment in Scott’s Collection exudes industrial charm. Residents enjoy high ceilings, an abundance of natural light and thoughtful floor plans, along with a generous list of amenities. In addition, Scott’s Collection features three full-height building murals from artists Thicket Design, Humble and Vero Rivera.
