Amid this list, we want to draw special attention to the female leaders steering numerous departments and initiatives at Capital Square.
Approximately 50% of the Capital Square team identifies as female, and at the executive level, our female leaders are making their mark on every one of our “invest, build and manage” divisions.
The Women behind “Invest. Build. Manage.”
At the core of our investors-first foundation is Capital Square’s female-led investor relations team, who recently earned their own gold medal for “Customer Service Team of the Year” at the 2024 Titan Awards.
Executive vice president and co-head of development, Natalie Mason was not only a GlobeSt. “Women of Influence” 2023 honoree; she is an established industry voice who serves on numerous influential committees and regularly speaks at industry conferences about how Capital Square Development executes high quality, placemaking projects that serve the communities in which they reside.
Moreover, our Capital Square Living property management leadership team is 75% female (vice presidents and above), and in their first two years of operation, they already made Multi-Housing News’ list of “Top Multifamily Property Management Companies of 2024.”
The foundation of Capital Square is its people.
We have always shaped our team with the best individuals for the job at hand. Our firm’s recognition among the “Top Inspiring Workplaces” world-wide (#63) was achieved by numerous criteria; however, this accolade could not have been achieved without our remarkable team, approaching every day with zeal and every challenge head-on.
Across-the-board excellence is one of our core values, and in a year of numerous recognitions, we are honored that the greater world has taken note of our extraordinary team members, and especially our extraordinary female team members – all of whom continue to build legacies for investors and communities.
