  • CSRA Opportunity Zone Fund VII, LLC – In April 2023, Capital Square broke ground on this exciting 352-unit, Class A multifamily development in the Scott’s Addition neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia, located within a designated qualified opportunity zone.
  • CSRA Opportunity Zone Fund IX, LLC – Capital Square’s newest OZ fund supports this striking mixed-use development also in the amenity-rich Scott’s Addition neighborhood. Approximately one-third of this community’s 320 units are expected to be furnished apartment hotel units, meeting an unanswered need in this vibrant neighborhood.
